Client: Any individual who has full legal capacity, or legal entities and other organizational units with legal capacity, making use of the Website or ordering services.

Website: Pilotmaker.pro, a website operated by the Service Provider, enabling Clients to purchase educational consultations and access informative content.

Service: One-on-one coaching, digital consultations, and aviation career guidance offered via the Website.

§3 Services Offered


1. The main service is aviation career consulting aimed at helping pilots prepare for the Emirates recruitment process.

3. Prices are displayed in EUR or PLN and are gross amounts (inclusive of VAT where applicable).


§4 Orders and Payment

1. Orders are placed through the Website.

2. Payment is required in advance using the available payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, card payment, Przelewy24).

3. Upon successful payment, the Client will receive a confirmation email.

4. The Service Provider issues VAT invoices according to Polish law.


§5 Delivery of Digital Content / Consultations

1. After payment, the Client gains access to the booked service or content.

2. One-on-one consultations will be scheduled individually via email or form.

3. Digital content will be delivered to the email provided during checkout or through a secure download link.


§6 Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

1. According to Polish and EU consumer law, Clients have 14 days to withdraw from a contract.

2. However, in case of:

Delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium

Execution of a scheduled consultation at Client's request before the withdrawal period ends the right of withdrawal may not apply.

3. By purchasing the service, the Client agrees to immediate performance and waives the right to withdraw.


§7 Complaints

2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.

3. If the complaint is justified, the Service Provider will rectify the issue or provide a refund.
